The top product of Sonzogni is the indexing gear „rotoblock“. It's a gear-box which converts a constant movement of the driven shaft in a step or in a pendular movement with the aid of a globoid curve.

Indexing gears are used in drive systems, where a very fast accurate and permanent repetitive positioning is needed.

That's why they are used in machines of packaging, molding presses and printing machines.
